I'm about to get real ... watch out.
My Health Journey Began back in my 20’s.
I was single and had disposable income, so i had a trainer and I was an avid protein shake drinker. I was solid… literally I was in amazing shape.
I worked out with my trainer at least twice a week. I worked out on my own 3-4 more days a week. I worked a flexible job. It was easy.
Then in 2011 I made a major move. I found the love of my life, Matt, and I moved from Ontario to Alberta within two months of the initial “should we give this relationship a go – conversation?”
Fast forward through a bunch of years – it’s 2018.
We’ve been married 5 years, we’ve been through a lot. We now live in our dream home and have 2 beautiful sons as you can see above, they are the light of my life.
In the process of buying a home, getting married, having kids, growing businesses and having a social life, I gained a lot of weight. I weighed at my highest 180 lbs (not pregnant!!!)
I decided I needed to make a change. I knew the fundamentals and got back to cleaner eating, working out and being aware. I started to feel great.
The problem was the weight was not coming off as I hoped. I was doing all the things I knew how and I was now working out daily
What more could a momma do?
Then I found ketones and that’s where the REAL story comes.
365 days into my Keto’ish journey I’ve dropped 26 lbs, now sitting at a very comfortable 150 lbs.
Now I drink ketones everyday, I help others get the information so that they too can be keto’ish just like me and see results, feel great and be themselves again.
