My Keto Brussel Sprouts


This recipe is simple, and delicious.

 

We use this on a regular basis, and is now requested when we go to family dinners.

Start with a large bowled frying pan, warm pan to medium.
 
Put in chopped up bacon, and cooked down until cooked 3/4 of the way through.
Add Brussel sprouts, washed and cut in halves.
Cook down for 10-15 on medium.
Add chopped onions, season with Himalayan pink salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add thick sliced apples.
 
Ingredients:
1/2 lb Bacon
4 Cups Brussel Sprouts
1/2 onion
2 Granny Smith Apples
