INGREDIENTS:

1 cup quick oats.  You could use 3/4 cup oats and 1/4 cup protein powder

2/3 cup Coconut flakes/shredded coconut

1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or almond butter)

1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

optional: flax seeds or chia seeds

Take all the ingredients, mash them together in a bowl.  Then mold them into balls like you would homemade meatballs!  I like to place them in cupcake cups to easily handle after they are made.  Be sure to refrigerate them to help keep them solid.  WAHHHHLAAAHH!  Enjoy. <3
