Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs – YES PLEASE
INGREDIENTS:
Peanut butter layer:
4 TBSP Coconut Oil
4 TBSP Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1.5 TBSP MCT oil
Chocolate Layer:
4 TBSP Coconut Oil
4 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 Packet of Chocolate Swirl Ketones or Swiss Cacao Ketones
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
Use 2 bowls.
Warm the coconut oil first only for 10 seconds then add all the ingredients. Mix well, and fill 1/2 of a mini muffin liner. Then take the second bowl and mix the same and create the top layer.
For added fun, throw a handful of dark chocolate chips in the peanut butter layer.
Free for 20 mins, then place all of the fat bombs in a freezer bag to use as needed. Great to have as a snack of when you get a sweet craving.
